要】
Objective:To investigate the quality of life of postpartum women
during hospitalization,and to analyze the influence of gener-al
demographic factors and the relationship between quality of life and
postpartum depression,so as to provide basis for improving the quali-ty of
maternal care during hospitalization.Methods:A total of 977 delivery
women in a hospital of Shanghai in 2016 were selected.The quality of
life(QOL)and depression were investigated by quality of life scale(SF-
36)and Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(EPDS). Results:The general
health status(GH),energy(VR)and mental health(MH)score of cesarean
section women were lower than those of normal delivery
women(P<0.01).There were significant differences in the scores of
physiological function(PF)between primiparas with or without abortion
history and those with or without miscarriage(P<0.05).There were
significant differences in mental health(MH) scores between elderly
puerpera and non-advanced maternal age puerpera(P<0.05).The
physiological function(RP),GH,VR,emotional function(RE)and MH scores of
the higher educated women were higher than those of the less
educated(P<0.01).The scores of VR and RE in residential puerperae were
higher than those of non-residential puerperae(P<0.01),and the scores of
somatic pain(BP)and VR in breastfeeding mothers were higher than those
of non-breastfeeding mothers(P<0.05,P<0.01).There was statistically
