传统的护理模式在产妇出院后存在护理指导的“断层”，买菜做饭13825404095使得产妇在后续康复过程中缺乏必要的支持和指导。而延续性护理作为一种针对产后此类情况的护理模式，通过为产妇提供持续、全面的护理服务，弥补了传统护理模式的不足。鉴于此，本文综述了延续性护理对产妇产后影响的研究进展。探讨了延续性护理对产妇产后的影响，并提出了针对产妇产后延续性护理的相关举措，旨在为临床实践提供理论支持和参考依据，以改善产妇产后的生活质量和健康状况。

AbstractThe traditional nursing model has a gap in nursing guidance for postpartum women after discharge, which leads to a lack of necessary support and guidance for postpartum women in the subsequent rehabilitation process. Continuing care, as a nursing model for postpartum situations, compensates for the shortcomings of traditional nursing models by providing continuous and comprehensive nursing services for mothers. In view of this, this article reviews the research progress on the impact of continuity of care on postpartum women. Explored the impact of continuity of care on postpartum women and proposed relevant measures for postpartum continuity of care, aiming to provide theoretical support and reference basis for clinical practice to improve the quality of life and health status of postpartum women.
